Ingredients for 2 servings:
- ½ mango(s)
- 1 small persimmon
- 6 tbsp pomegranate seeds including juice from hollowing out
- 1 small lime(s)
- n. B. sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Peel and dice the mango and persimmon. Place on a plate. Scatter the pomegranate seeds on top. Squeeze the lime. Add the released pomegranate juice to the lime juice. Sweeten to taste and drizzle over the fruit. Garnish with lime zest, if desired.
