Mango-banana smoothie

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 banana(s)
  • 240 g mango(s), frozen
  • 150 g pineapple
  • 100 ml buttermilk or milk

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Let the mango thaw slightly. Peel the banana. Peel the pineapple, remove the core, and quarter it. Cut the fruit into large cubes. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend for about 1-2 minutes.
