Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 banana(s)
- 240 g mango(s), frozen
- 150 g pineapple
- 100 ml buttermilk or milk
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
Let the mango thaw slightly. Peel the banana. Peel the pineapple, remove the core, and quarter it. Cut the fruit into large cubes. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend for about 1-2 minutes.
