Cut open the burger buns and lightly brown the cut side in a toaster. Form the ground beef into burger patties and sear them on both sides in a pan with a little fat. Add the mozzarella to the patties and let them cook for a few minutes. Fry the bacon until crispy. Then top the burgers in the following order: bottom of the burger bun, spinach leaves, tomato slices, onion slices, garlic balsamic mayonnaise, meat topped with mozzarella, bacon slices, a little garlic balsamic mayonnaise, top of the burger bun. Secure everything with a wooden skewer and serve warm.
