Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 banana(s), very ripe
  • 100 g mango(s) in pieces, frozen
  • 100 g skimmed milk yogurt, 10% fat
  • n. B. Liquid sweetener

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 4 hours; Total time approx. 4 hours 15 minutes

for ice cream molds with handle for self-filling

Slice the bananas into small slices. Let the mango thaw slightly. Combine both with the yogurt in a mixing bowl and blend until smooth. If you like it a little sweeter, you can add liquid sweetener. Pour everything into popsicle molds with sticks and place in the freezer for about 4 hours.
