Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 mango(s)
- 500 g buttermilk
- 1 dashes lemon juice
- 6 tbsp liquid honey
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
light summer drink
Peel the mango and cut it into small pieces. Blend all ingredients with a hand blender and refrigerate for about 30 minutes. Tip: You can also add crushed ice or a scoop of mango ice cream.
