Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 mango(s)
- 5 fresh mint leaves
- 150 ml carrot juice
Instructions

First, peel and roughly dice the mango, then add it to the blender along with the fresh mint and carrot juice. Blend everything for about two minutes and serve chilled in glasses.
