- 100 g mango(s), dried
- 4 tbsp yogurt
- 200 g flour
- 100 g sugar
- 20 g sunflower seeds
- ¼ tsp salt
- 1 egg(s)
- 100 g butter, cold

Preheat oven to 160°C fan/convection oven. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Finely dice the mango pieces, mix with the yogurt, and let stand for 15 minutes. Combine the flour, sugar, sunflower seeds, salt, and egg in a mixing bowl and add the butter. Knead thoroughly, then fold in the mango pieces and yogurt. Using two teaspoons, scoop out walnut-sized pieces of dough and place them in piles on the baking sheet. Bake in the preheated oven for 14 minutes. Transfer to a wire rack with the parchment paper to cool.
