Ingredients
- 200 g Cream
- 1 packet Cream stiffener
- 1 Can Mango preserve drained
- 25 g Lemon juice
- 150 g Natural yoghurt
Instructions
- 1: Whip the cream until stiff (unfortunately it doesn't work so well in the Thermomix, so just use a mixer by hand) 2: Put the mango and lemon juice in the mixing bowl and puree for 10 seconds / speed 10 and push down with the spatula 3: Then Puree for another 10 sec / speed 10 4: transfer to a bowl and stir in the yoghurt mixed with the cream. 5: I refine this cream with vanilla 6: The cream should now be allowed to soak in the refrigerator for 2 hours and then cool, for example. serve in glasses
