Ingredients
 

  • 3 Garlic cloves
  • 1 Red Onion
  • 500 g Minced meat
  • 3 tbsp Breadcrumbs
  • 1 Egg
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 tsp Dried basil
  • 150 g Tomatoes
  • 500 g Sieved tomatoes
  • 2 Shallots
  • 1 tsp Oil
  • 100 ml Apple juice
  • Sweet paprika powder
  • 1 tsp Herbs de Provence
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 0,5 bunch Parsley

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven (fan oven: 160 ° C, top and bottom heat: 180 ° C, gas: level 2). 1 Peel the garlic clove and the onion, chop them finely and knead together with the minced meat, egg and meat to a meat dough. Season with salt, pepper, paprika and basil. Form about 24 small balls out of the dough and place in the baking dish.
  • For the sauce, peel the shallots and the remaining garlic, chop them finely and sweat them in a saucepan with a little oil.
