Potato Pan with Remains of Meat Patties

  • 1,5 kg Waxy potatoes
  • 2 piece Fresh onions
  • 1 tablespoon Caraway seed
  • 1 tablespoon Salt and pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable broth, of course

  • 2 tablespoon Rapeseed oil
  1. Boil the potatoes, peel them and cut them into slices.
