Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes

tastes light, airy, and delicious!

Wash the mango and peel it with a vegetable peeler. Then remove the flesh from the pit. It’s best to first cut the flesh along the right and left sides of the pit, then remove the remaining flesh from the pit. If you like, you can cut wafer-thin slices for decoration. Then cut the mango into small pieces and puree it with the natural yogurt and vanilla sugar in a blender or a tall bowl using an immersion blender. In another bowl, whip the Cremefine until stiff peaks form and fold it into the mango yogurt cream. Divide the dessert among bowls and garnish with the mango slices, if desired. Refrigerate for about an hour, then enjoy!
