Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 tbsp oat flakes
- 2 mangoes
- 400 g low-fat quark (cottage cheese)
- 2 tbsp syrup (rice syrup, alternatively liquid sweetener)
- 4 tbsp lemon juice
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
with oat crisps
Toast the oats in a non-stick pan until light brown, set aside, and let cool. Peel the mangoes, remove the stone, then cut into approximately 1cm cubes. Mix the curd cheese with the rice syrup and lemon juice, stirring in about 2/3 of the toasted oats. Layer the curd cheese mixture and the mango cubes alternately in small glass bowls, then top with the mango cubes, which are then sprinkled with the remaining oats. Also delicious with pineapple, or according to your taste.
