Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 75 g red currants, on the panicle
  • 2 mangoes
  • 1 lemon(s), juice
  • 2 tbsp honey, approx.
  • 300 g natural yogurt
  • 150 ml milk

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour 30 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 40 minutes

with iced currants

Rinse the currants, carefully pat them dry with kitchen paper, and freeze for about 1 hour. Peel the mangoes, remove the stone, and dice them. Halve and squeeze the lemon. Blend the mango cubes with the lemon juice, about 1 to 2 tablespoons of honey, yogurt, and milk until very smooth. Then refrigerate for 30 minutes. Pour the mango lassi into glasses and garnish with the iced currants.
