Mango Lassi

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250 g natural yogurt
  • 130 ml mango puree from the can, or 200 g fresh mango, sliced
  • 4 tsp sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Mango milkshake

Blend all ingredients together for two minutes, then pour into glasses and serve. The lassi can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours.
