Cucumber cold soup

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 cucumber(s)
  • 1 small onion(s)
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 300 g natural yogurt
  • 300 g buttermilk
  • salt and pepper
  • dill
  • some lemon juice

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Chop the onion and garlic. Sauté in oil. Peel, deseed, and dice the cucumber. Set aside some of the diced cucumber and puree the rest with the onion and garlic mixture, lemon juice, yogurt, and buttermilk. Season with salt, pepper, and lemon juice. Add the diced cucumber and chill.
