Mango-Papaya Smoothie

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 can of mangoes
  • 500g papaya
  • 2 lemon(s), the juice
  • 8 tbsp natural yogurt

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Place the mangoes and their canned juice in a bowl. Peel and seed the papaya, and add it. Leave a few small pieces for garnish. Blend the pulp and season with lemon juice. Divide among glasses and garnish with the natural yogurt and fruit pieces.
