Banana ice cream with mango and peanut butter, vegan, healthy, summery, clean eating

This recipe requires a powerful blender or food processor. Slice the bananas the night before and freeze overnight. Add the frozen banana pieces, 3/4 of the mango, and peanut butter to the blender and blend until smooth. Serve immediately and garnish with the remaining mango.
