Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 mango(s)
  • 250 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 1 banana(s)
  • 60 g muesli (crunchy muesli or rice flakes)
  • 1 kiwi(s)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Low-carb breakfast

Peel the banana and mango and dice the flesh. Place them in a blender along with the quark and blend until creamy. Divide everything between two bowls. Peel the kiwi and slice it thinly. Place the kiwi slices on top of the cream and scatter a handful of crunchy muesli or rice flakes over the top.
