Ingredients for 8 servings:
- 1 kg quark
- 200 g cream
- 2 m.-large mango(s), ripe
- 1 lemon(s), untreated
- 1 vanilla pod(s)
- 50 g walnuts
- Sugar, to taste.
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Whisk the quark and cream until smooth. Grate the lemon zest, squeeze the lemon juice, and add both to the quark. Split the vanilla pod, scrape out the seeds, chop the walnuts, and add them to the quark along with the vanilla seeds. Peel the mangos and cut them into bite-sized cubes. Whisk everything together with the quark and sweeten to taste. Chill before serving.
