Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 banana(s)
- 1 kiwi(s)
- 100 ml grape juice
- 2 handfuls of fresh leaf spinach
- 1 tsp tea (matcha powder)
Instructions

caffeinated, super healthy, delicious breakfast
Wash the spinach and add it to the blender along with everything else. Blend until it’s a uniform dark green and no chunks remain. Add a little water if the blender is overwhelmed. Feel free to use other fruits (peaches, pineapple, etc.) or other green vegetables (lamb’s lettuce/carrot tops/chard/beetroot leaves) if desired.
