  • 200 g mango(s), cut into pieces
  • 100 g strawberries, halved
  • 150 g gelling sugar (2:1)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Thermomix – Recipe

Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl and chop or leave in small pieces, depending on your taste. Cook for 5 minutes at 100°C on speed 1. Transfer to jars, seal, and let stand upside down for about 15 minutes. At first, everything will look very liquid, but it will thicken over time.
