Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 150 g pineapple, fresh, chopped
- 150 g strawberries, halved
- 150 g gelling sugar (2:1)

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Thermomix – Recipe
Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl and chop or leave in small pieces, depending on your taste. Cook for 5 minutes at 100°C on speed 1. Transfer to prepared jars, seal, and let stand upside down for about 15 minutes. It will initially look very liquid, but will become very thick over time. Refrigerate after cooling, if necessary.
