Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 1 pack of puff pastry, round, approx. 30 cm
- 30 g sugar (cassonade sugar)
- 2 mango(s), peeled and thinly sliced
- 1 lime(s), zest and juice

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
light French dessert tart
Preheat oven to 200 degrees Celsius. Place the puff pastry on the baking paper in a baking dish. Prick several times with a fork. Sprinkle with the cassonade and arrange the mango slices in a rosette shape on the base. Drizzle with lime juice and sprinkle with lime zest. Bake for 15-20 minutes until the edges are golden brown and puffed up. Serve warm or cold.
