Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 bar of chocolate (Nestlé – Dessert Chocolate au Caramel, 170g)
- 100 g butter
- 2 eggs
- 70 g flour
- 60 g sugar
- powdered sugar
- n. B. meringue(s)
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Chocolate cake with a liquid center
Chop 40g of chocolate into small pieces. Melt 130g of chocolate and place it in a bowl. Melt the butter and add it. Add the eggs and flour and mix everything together. Finally, add the sugar and chopped chocolate. Spread the batter into a buttered and floured 24cm baking pan and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 15 minutes. Let the cake cool slightly, remove from the pan, and dust with powdered sugar. The fondant will be crispier if you mix some broken meringue into the batter.
