quick and easy to make, great as a gift

Place the mango pieces in a wide-mouth, one-liter bottle. Pour in the vinegar and store the bottle in a cool, dark place for two weeks. Shake occasionally. Once the vinegar has steeped, strain it through a sieve lined with clean cheesecloth and transfer it to smaller bottles! This vinegar pairs perfectly with fruity leaf salads and egg salads, but it’s also fantastic with a fruity version of roast chicken! P.S.: You can also substitute fresh mangoes for the dried mangoes, but the dried ones give the vinegar a more intense color and a little more flavor!
