Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 mango(s), low-fiber and ripe
- 1 egg white
- 1 tbsp powdered sugar
- 1 dashes lemon juice
- 100 ml white wine

Peel the mango and chop it slightly. Then combine all ingredients in a blender and puree with an immersion blender. You may need to adjust the amount of powdered sugar slightly, depending on your taste. Freeze in an ice cream maker and serve.
