Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 can mango(s) (250 g drained weight)
- 150 g mozzarella, cut into slices about 1/2 cm thick
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 sprig(s) basil, fresh

For this fresh appetizer, divide the finely chopped mango between two plates and arrange approximately 1/2 cm thick mozzarella slices on top. Drizzle each with 1 tablespoon of oil and balsamic vinegar. Garnish with basil and serve.
