Ingredients for 6 servings:
- ½ liter of milk
- 2 tbsp flour or potato starch
- 100 g sugar
- clove(s), ground
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
White pudding
Combine all ingredients and bring to a boil over low heat. Stir until the bottom of the pan is visible and the mixture is quite thick. Pour into a ceramic dish and refrigerate. When the pudding is firm, turn it out.
