Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 150 g dried fruits (plums, apricots, apples)
  • 1 cup sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 4 hours; Total time approx. 4 hours 5 minutes

Compote on dried fruits

Soak dried fruit in cold water for four hours. Dissolve sugar in 1 cup of water, add fruit, and heat. Simmer over low heat until the fruit is soft but still falling apart.
