Kosovar style

For the filling, peel and dice the onion, and fry it in a little oil in a pan, then add the minced meat. Season with pepper, paprika, Vegeta, and garlic powder, and mix well. Remove from the heat. When the filling has cooled slightly, add the sour cream, heavy cream, and flour, and mix well. Make an elastic dough from the flour, salt, and water. It shouldn’t be too dry or firm, but it shouldn’t be sticky. If it still sticks, add more flour. Roll the dough into a log, cut into 3 equal pieces, and form them into balls. Let stand for about 10 minutes. Then flatten each ball individually with your hand, then roll out thinly with a rolling pin on a floured surface. Cut out small squares (8 x 8 cm) with a knife or pastry wheel. Place some of the meat mixture onto each square of dough and fold in at the four corners. Make sure it’s airtight! Grease a baking sheet and place the mantia on it. Finally, spread natural yogurt over the Mantia. Bake in a preheated oven at 250°C until lightly browned. After baking, cover the Mantia with aluminum foil and a tea towel, let stand for about 10 minutes, and then serve.
