Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 500 ml water, lukewarm
  • 1 cube of yeast
  • 160 g sugar
  • 1 kg flour, ( 405 )
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 160 ml oil (sunflower oil)

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 3 hours; Total time approx. 3 hours 20 minutes

delicious simple yeast rolls

Dissolve 1 cube of fresh yeast in 500 ml of lukewarm water. Then add 160 g of sugar and mix with a fork. Repeat with 160 ml of oil. Combine 1 kg of flour with 1 tsp. -1/2 tsp. of salt. Then add the flour mixture. Cover and let rise for 2 – 2 1/2 hours. Form rolls, place on a baking sheet, and let rise for another 30 minutes. Bake at 240 °C (top/bottom heat) for 12 minutes.
