Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 300 ml maple syrup
  • 200 g butter, fresh

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Boil the maple syrup in a small saucepan over medium heat for about 5 minutes. Remove the pan from the heat, cut the butter into cubes, and melt it in the syrup. Place the pan in a large bowl of cold water. Beat the maple butter with a hand mixer for 5-8 minutes until thick and creamy. Transfer to a clean container, seal, and refrigerate. Shelf life: 2 weeks
