Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 250 ml oil
  • 250 g sugar
  • 4 packets of vanilla sugar
  • 250 ml oat milk (oat drink)
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 jar sour cherries, approx. 375 g drained weight
  • 60 g cocoa powder
  • 250 g double cream cheese
  • 50 g sugar
  • n. B. Lemon extract
  • 1 pack of cream stiffener
  • 1 egg(s)
  • Fat for the mold

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 30 minutes

Preheat the oven to 160°C fan-assisted oven or 180°C conventional oven. Grease a baking pan. Drain the sour cherries. Mix all ingredients from the first batter, except for the cocoa powder and the cherries, with a mixer until well blended. Place half of the batter in a bowl. Add the cherries to the batter and spread it out. Stir the cocoa powder into the remaining batter. For the second batter, beat the cream cheese with the sugar and vanilla sugar in a bowl until creamy. Add the egg and cream stabilizer and mix everything quickly. Season with lemon extract to taste. Spread all three batters in layers, or according to your personal preference, in the baking pan. Bake in the preheated oven on the middle rack for approx. 60 minutes. Rotate the baking pan every 15 minutes depending on the pan and oven. Note: Instead of cherries, you can also use sliced ​​pears, apples, or similar.
