Marble cake with Nutella, very moist

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 4 eggs
  • 250 g butter, soft
  • 170 g sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 250 g flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 40 g milk
  • 3 tbsp Nutella
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • Fat for the mold

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes

Mix the eggs, softened butter, sugar and vanilla sugar well with a hand mixer. Then add the flour, baking powder and milk and beat until fluffy. 3. Now pour half of the mixture into the greased bundt cake tin. Add the Nutella and cocoa powder to the rest of the batter and mix well. The dark batter may be a bit runny because of the Nutella, but that’s okay! Pour the dark mixture onto the batter in the bundt cake tin and use a fork to spiral through the mixture to create a nice pattern. Now bake the cake for 1 hour at 175°C (top/bottom heat). Do the skewer test after 55 minutes to estimate how long the cake needs to bake.
