Ingredients for 16 servings:
- 200 g flour
- 200 g powdered sugar
- 200 g nuts, ground almonds or coconut flakes
- 200 g cream or half and half with sour cream
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 4 eggs
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
Mix the dry ingredients (flour, powdered sugar, baking powder, and nuts). Add the eggs and cream and beat until lightly combined. If desired, add chocolate chips, fold in chopped nuts, or add half of the batter to the mixture with cocoa powder to make a marble cake. Bake at approximately 180 degrees Celsius for 45 minutes. If desired, top with chocolate glaze or something similar.
