Marinade for grilled meat

Spread the love

Ingredients for 8 servings:

  • ½ liter of beer, type according to taste
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp paprika powder
  • 2 tbsp oil, type to taste
  • 3 tbsp mustard
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp Balsamic vinegar, dark
  • 2 onions
  • 3 garlic cloves

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

with beer

Pour the beer into a large container (bowl, casserole dish, depending on what you’re marinating your meat in) and add the spices, mustard, and balsamic vinegar. Chop the onion and garlic and add them to the bowl. Mix the ingredients well and add the meat. I puree the marinade so everything is evenly distributed, but this isn’t a requirement. Ideally, the meat should marinate overnight. Pork is particularly good for this. After that, the meat is ready for the grill.
