Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 5 tbsp oil
  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 4 tsp honey
  • 3 tsp mustard, medium hot
  • 1 tsp sambal oelek
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • Parsley, fresh
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • Herbs of Provence
  • 1 kg meat of your choice

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 5 hours; Total time approx. 5 hours 10 minutes

Finely chop the onion, garlic cloves, and parsley. Mix all ingredients together. Marinate the meat. Cover with foil and let it rest in the refrigerator for a few hours.
