Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 200 g pork, e.g. loin or nut
- 4 tbsp soy sauce
- 4 tbsp white wine
- 1 tsp cornstarch (cornflour)
- 1 tsp mustard, hot
- 1 garlic clove(s), squeezed
- some salt and pepper, from the mill
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
Mix together the soy sauce, white wine, and cornstarch. Add the mustard, garlic, salt, and pepper and mix again. Add the meat, cut into 1 cm thick, 3 cm wide, and 4 cm long strips, and mix. Marinate for about 30 minutes. You can also marinate and sear the meat in this way for a salad.
