Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 200 g chicken
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 3 tbsp white wine
- 3 tbsp orange juice, fresh
- 1 tsp cornstarch (cornflour)
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 ½ tsp curry powder, mild
- some salt and pepper, from the mill
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
Whisk together the soy sauce, white wine, orange juice, and cornstarch. Add the sugar, curry powder, salt, and pepper and mix well again. Add the meat, cut into 1 cm thick, 3 cm wide, and 4 cm long strips, and mix. Marinate for about 30 minutes. You can also marinate and sear the meat in this way for a salad.
