Marinade for Salad

The perfect marinade for salad recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 2 tbsp Hot mustard
  • 250 ml Mild fruit vinegar 3 to 5% acid e.g. raspberry vinegar or pomegranate vinegar
  • 250 ml Olive oil or grapeseed oil
  • 2 bunch Freshly chopped chives
  • Salt and pepper
  1. Mix the mustard, oil and vinegar in a shaker or mixer until the sauce is creamy. Add the chives and season with salt and pepper.
