Baking: Yeast Dough with Apples, Quark and Crumble

Ingredients
 

  • 1 portion Yeast dough made from 250 grams of flour - remainder from the frozen food
  • 3 tablespoon Red jam - here apple and elder from our own production
  • 100 g Roasted almond sticks
  • 2 piece Apples - had to be processed
  • 500 g Quark lean
  • 1 piece Egg from a happy chicken
  • 2 tablespoon Sugar
  • 2 tablespoon Food starch
  • 1 tablespoon Vanilla sugar
  • 50 g Butter
  • 50 g Sugar
  • 75 g Flour type 550
  • 0,5 teaspoon Cinammon

Instructions
 

  • Pour the yeast dough into a greased and crumbled cake tin and distribute it. Spread the jam on the floor.
  • Peel and quarter the apples, remove the core and cut the quarters into slices. Spread these on the jam.
  • Sprinkle the toasted almond sticks on top.
  • Mix the quark with the sugar, vanilla sugar, egg and starch, pour onto the apples and spread.
  • Let the butter melt, use the flour, sugar and cinnamon to make crumbles. Apply this to the quark layer.
  • Bake the cake at 180 degrees in a preheated oven for about 45 minutes.
