Marinate Fresh Goat Cheese
The perfect marinate fresh goat cheese recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 24 Pc. Goat cream cheese small
- 1 bunch Chives fresh
- 0,5 bunch Fresh smooth parsley
- 1 tsp Fennel seeds
- 1 tsp Coriander seeds
- Rosemary Thyme Sage
- Origano chilli all fresh
- 3 Pc. Clove of garlic
- 3 dl Extra virgin olive oil
- Roast fennel seeds and coriander seeds without fat, grate finely in a mortar. Wash all herbs, spin dry, chop finely, as well as the chilli. Finely chop the garlic peel.
- Mix everything together, spread out on a plate or platter. Unpack the cheese, gently squeeze in the herb mixture at all times.
- Lightly cover the bottom of a bowl with olive oil, arrange the cheese in it and cover generously with the rest of the oil, put the lid on and put it in the fridge. Can be kept for approx. 1 week to 14 days.
- Since they can be used in many ways, they are quickly gone, as starters, together with a salad, as a spread, on a cheese platter, as a filling, on a Vesper plate, etc, etc … You can use oil and herbs to recycle.
