Marinated Chicken Homemade
The perfect marinated chicken homemade recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 8 Chicken legs
- 250 g Ketchup
- 200 ml Vegetable broth
- 70 ml Cola
- 10 g Smoked peppers
- 1 tsp Mustard medium hot
- 1 tsp Chilli powder
- 0,5 tsp Black Lava Salt
- 0,5 tsp Smoked salt
- 0,5 tsp Baking cocoa
- 1 tsp Sweet paprika
- 1 tsp Hot pepper
- 0,5 tsp Bbq seasoning
- 0,5 tsp Heavenly Maya Salt
- 1 Clove of garlic
- 1 Onion
- 1 tbsp Sherry vinegar
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- Sear the chicken legs so that they get a nice brown color. You shouldn’t fry them through as they would become tough. Cooking in the stock makes them soft as butter. Deglaze the roast set in the pan with red wine or vegetable stock. For the marinade, put 150 ml vegetable stock and the remaining ingredients in a large bowl and mix well.
