Marinated Chicken Pan

The perfect marinated chicken pan recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

marinade

  • Oil
  • 3 tbsp Raw cane sugar
  • 1 Carrot
  • 1 Yellow peppers
  • 1 Kohlrabi
  • 1 Onion red
  • 150 g Snow peas
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 140 ml Soy sauce
  • 50 ml Lime juice
  • Ground chilli
  1. Crush the garlic cloves and mix all the ingredients for the marinade together thoroughly. Chop the chicken and place in the marinade. Cut the carrot, bell pepper, onion, kohlrabi and snow peas into strips.
  2. Then fry the meat in a little olive oil and add the sugar directly so that it caramelizes nicely. Deglaze the chicken with the marinade and then add the vegetables.
  3. Close the pan with a lid and let everything cook over a low heat for about 2-3 minutes, then serve. Good Appetite 🙂
