Marinated Halloumi on Rocket Salad
The perfect marinated halloumi on rocket salad recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
Halloumi
- 150 g Halloumi cheese
- 1 tablespoon Grapeseed oil
- 1 Teaspoon (level) Hot paprika powder
- 1 teaspoon Freshly squeezed orange juice
- 1 Garlic clove chopped

- 2 Handful Arugula
- 5 Cherry tomatoes
- 1 Mini peppers
- 2 Dates
- Onion rings red
- Juice of tomatoes
- 1,5 tablespoon Extra virgin olive oil
- 2 teaspoon Mango balsamic vinegar
- Salt and pepper
Halloumi
- Cut the cheese into slices. Mix the grapeseed oil with the juice, paprika powder and the chopped garlic clove. Brush the cheese with the marinade and marinate in the refrigerator for 24 hours.

- Cut the tomatoes into slices, place in a bowl and add a little sugar and salt. After 15 minutes, collect the leaked juice.
- Cut the peppers into rings. Core and halve the dates. Put the rocket on a plate. Put these ingredients on a plate with the tomatoes and onion rings.
- Whisk the juice of the tomatoes with the olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
