Marinated raw salmon with chili, garlic and herbs

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 250 g salmon fillet(s), very fresh
  • ½ chili pepper(s)
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • a few sprigs of dill
  • 0.33 cucumber(s)
  • 0.33 onion(s)
  • a few stalks of parsley
  • ¼ lemon(s), juice
  • 2 tsp pistachio oil or other oil
  • some agave syrup or honey
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 tsp sesame seeds
  • 1 tsp vinegar

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Finely chop the chili and garlic, dice the cucumber, salmon, and onion, and chop the herbs. Mix the salmon with the chili, garlic, lemon juice, and a teaspoon of oil, along with salt, pepper, dill, and a little agave syrup. Mix the cucumber with the onion, parsley, the remaining oil, vinegar, salt, and a little agave syrup. In a glass, layer the salmon with the cucumber and press down firmly. Turn out onto a plate and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
