Marinated roast for grilling

Ingredients for 10 servings:

  • 2 kg pork neck
  • 250 ml oil
  • 10 onions
  • 4 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 1 tbsp mustard, medium hot
  • Thyme
  • oregano
  • curry powder
  • Paprika powder
  • Cayenne pepper
  • pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Cut the pork neck into approximately 200g steaks and place them in a bowl. Combine all the remaining ingredients, pour over the steaks, and mix well. Cover and let marinate in the refrigerator for at least 24 hours. Remove the meat from the refrigerator well in advance of grilling.
