Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 packs of Camembert(s), very ripe
  • 1 cup cream cheese spread
  • 1 m.-sized onion(s)
  • 1 medium-sized garlic clove(s)
  • Paprika powder, hot
  • Paprika powder, sweet
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 20 minutes

Mash the Camembert in a bowl with a fork. Add the cream cheese to the bowl and mix well with the Camembert. Finely chop the onions, grate them if desired, and mince the garlic. Add both to the cheese and mix thoroughly. Season to taste with both types of paprika, salt, and pepper. Delicious with hearty bread or pretzels, but also with baguette.
