Marzipan balls

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 400 g cake (marzipan cake)
  • 240 g chocolate, dark
  • 9 tbsp milk
  • 1 cup desiccated coconut

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

First, melt the dark chocolate in a double boiler, then crumble the marzipan cake into a bowl. Add the milk and melted dark chocolate, then knead everything thoroughly. Form this mixture into medium-sized balls and roll them in the desiccated coconut (of course, you can also decorate the marzipan balls with other treats). Refrigerate the marzipan balls for 20-30 minutes. This amount makes about 35 balls.
