Marzipan cake

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 7 eggs
  • 500 g marzipan – raw mass
  • ½ bottle of bitter almond flavor

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Cut the marzipan into thin slices. Beat all ingredients together for about 10 minutes until fluffy. Bake in a loaf pan lined with baking paper at 170°C for 50-60 minutes. It’s also great on a baking sheet for decorating with chocolate or painting. It’s especially popular at children’s birthday parties. Delicious and light.
